Manchester United is set to make Barcelona Star, Neymar the most expensive signing this summer as they make inquiries about the Brazilian for a possible switch to Old Trafford this summer.
The Old Trafford giant has already owned the record of the most expensive signing when they signed Paul Pogba from Juventus for £89 million in the summer of 2016.
According to the recent publications, the £89 million fees paid for Pogba could be blown out of the water imminently, as Manchester United is set to meet the valuation of the player.
The former Santos wing-forward is also wanted by Paris Saint -Germain who is ready to pay the player's buyout clause of huge £174 million release clause Neymar has in his contract with the Camp Nou outfit.
The Brazilian has been under the shadow of Lionel Messi since he made a switch to Barcelona from Santos in the summer of 2013. He has scored 68 goals for Barcelona in 123 appearances.
