Canadian rapper, Drake recently released single, “God’s Plan” has broken the record for a single day stream on US Spotify.
“God’s Plan” and “Diplomatic Immunity” dropped over the weekend with the two singles showing the different sides of Drake with one leaning closer to his pop sound while the other fed those craving straight bars from the 6 God.
Drake’s “God’s Plan” just broke Spotify U.S. record for most streams in a single day on a song by garnering a total of 4,326,679 streams on Monday, Jan. 22nd, according to chartdata. As of today, the song has been streamed 9,772,004 and counting since its release.
